Kellyanne Conway: If the Media Really Cared About Migrant Kids, They’d Agree With Trump
Speaking with Laura Ingraham on Monday night, Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway suggested that if the media and Democrats really cared about migrant children, they would agree with Donald Trump that they should never have made the dangerous trek in the first place.
Conway’s comments came during a discussion of Trump’s planned address on Tuesday.
“I am all for the wall,” Ingraham said after playing devil’s advocate in response to Conway’s claims about drugs flowing over the border.
Talk then turned to the migrant kids.
“It just breaks my heart. I’m constantly being asked, as a woman, as a mother. Guess what! If you care about the children, you would agree with President Trump that they should not take this perilous trek in the first place,” Conway opined.
She then said that there was a massive influx of family units trying to come through our borders.
“If you really care about them, as the Democrats and many news media claim they do, you would deter them from taking this perilous track in the first place,” Conway continued on, hammering her point home.
