Rachel Maddow looks at Donald Trump’s outsized panic at the possibility that his business dealings with Deutsche Bank were being investigated by the special counsel and notes that now Democrats are pursuing those avenue of inquiry without the vulnerability of being fired by Trump for crossing his supposed red lines.

If there had been just a hint that Obama had any dealings with Russians, he would've been out of office immediately. I honestly cannot compute how/why the GOP are tolerating this and ignoring blatant evidence of how deep DJT is in with the Russians and also dirty money. I understand he was voted in, despite his appalling business record of bankruptcies etc., but DJT has somehow convinced the GOP to turn a blind eye to his history. Ethical standards haven't just fallen in the USA; they've disappeared without a trace.
